The 0104.sfc, 0406.sfc, and 0706.sfc have pressure corrections for the
observations:
2004-01-05 0850Z
2006-04-07 0650Z
2006-07-02 0750Z
2006-07-15 2350Z
The corrected lcd files are as follows:
The 0104.lcd was corrected for the monthly maximum pressure.
The 0306.lcd was corrected for the net change in the snowstake field.
The 0406.lcd was corrected for monthly average pressure and the net
change in the snowstake field.
The 0706.lcd was corrected for the monthly maximum pressure.
The corrected mgr files are as follows:
The 0104.mgr (JanSum04.mgr) was corrected for the monthly maximum pressure.
The 0306.mgr (MarSum06.mgr) was corrected for the net change in the snowstake field and
the number of days visibility was < or = 1/4 mile.
The 0406.mgr (AprSum06.mgr) was corrected for monthly average pressure, the net change
in the snowstake field, and the number of days visibility was < or = 1/4
mile.
The 0506.mgr (MaySum06.mgr) was corrected for the number of days visibility was < or =
1/4 mile.
The 0706.mgr (JulSum06.mgr) was corrected for the monthly maximum pressure.
 - Changes were made to the May and August 2006 radiosonde data.
 - Changes were made to the June and December 1994 and surface observation data.
