Taylor Norton

[Taylor Norton]

Taylor Norton works as a Project Assistant for the group at the Space Science and Engineering Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is currently a second-year graduate student working towards her M.S. in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences. Her work in the AMRDC includes data transfer and organization, creating data displays, and other research projects.

In her undergraduate studies, she majored in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences and Environmental Studies. She used to be a student hourly Antarctic Atmospheric Research Assistant in the group. She deployed to Antarctica for the 2019-2020 field season to help service our AWS and earned an Antarctic medal. Before that, she worked as a student hourly at Madison Area Technical College with Dr. Matthew Lazzara on a MRI NSF grant from 2017-2018.

In her free time, Taylor enjoys reading, watching movies, baking and being with friends and family.
