Operation:
	The station was operating upon arrival.  The battery voltage was normal.  The old type antenna was replaced, and connections tightened.  No operation.  The electronics were brought into a heated van to investigate and the station started.  It was not established why it did not work.  One tower section was added, the aerovane serviced, and one box of three batteries added.
