Performance:
	A Vaisala anemometer is installed instead of the delta-T sensor.  Wind
	speed from the Vaisala anemometer was substituted for the Belfort
	aerovane wind speed after Mar. 23 since the aerovane wind speed was not
	functioning.  Pressure corrected for high wind speed conditions.
