Performance:
	Occasional problems with wind direction.  Relative humidity sensor not
	functioning.  Station stopped transmitting 6 May due to low battery
	voltage.  Station resumed transmitting 4 June with periodic gaps in the
	data through October.  Temperature not functioning from beginning of
	August to middle of October.
