This document details the changes and updates to the monthly summary data
contained in pub/summary/tables, and its sub-directories, during the
calendar years 1996-99.

12/16/03 -- The files 'monsum94.txt', 'monsum95.txt', 'antpen94', 'antpen95',
            'skihi94', 'skihi95' were replaced with updated versions.

02/09/99 -- Headers were updated for 'minnabluff94.txt' 'rossis94.txt'
            'monsum94.txt'

07/30/98 -- Files added to stations/1994.

07/16/98 -- Files added to regions/1994 and stations/1994.

05/06/98 -- The file 'monsum94.txt' was replaced with an updated version.

12/29/97 -- The files 'monsum95.txt' 'adelie95.txt' 'rossis95.txt'
            'capewebb95.txt' 'penguinpoint95.txt' 'portmartin95.txt'
            'capedenison95.txt' and 'pegasussouth95.txt' were replaced
            with updated versions.

12/16/97 -- The files 'monsum95.txt' 'adelie95.txt' 'capewebb95.txt'
            'penguinpoint95.txt' 'portmartin95.txt' 'capedenison95.txt'
            and 'pegasussouth95.txt' were replaced with updated versions.

12/09/97 -- The files 'monsum95.txt' 'adelie95.txt' 'capewebb95.txt'
            'penguinpoint95.txt' and 'capedenison95.txt' were replaced
            with updated versions.

12/02/97 -- The files 'monsum95.txt' 'adelie95.txt' 'capewebb95.txt'
            and 'capedenison95.txt' were replaced with updated 
            versions.

11/25/97 -- The files 'monsum95.txt' 'adelie95.txt' 'portmartin95.txt'
            'capedenison95.txt' and 'capewebb95.txt' were replaced with
            updated versions.

11/17/97 -- The files 'monsum95.txt' 'adelie95.txt' 'portmartin95.txt'
            'capedenison95.txt' 'antpen95.txt' and 'butlerisland95.txt'
            were replaced with updated versions.

11/13/97 -- The files 'monsum95.txt' 'adelie95.txt' 'portmartin95.txt'
            and 'capedenison95.txt' were replaced with updated versions.
            The file 'monsum94.txt' was added as a replacement to the
            'db94a.txt' file, which was in turn deleted.

10/21/97 -- More files added to stations/1995.

10/10/97 -- More files added to stations/1995.

10/09/97 -- Many summary files added to regions/1995 and
            stations/1995.

10/08/97 -- Added monthly summary file 'monsum95.txt' for 1995.

03/22/96 -- Added monthly summary file for 1994.
