These files consist of observations taken near the Churchill Mountains region.
The columns (and units) are as follows:

1) Date
2) Time (Local)
3) Sky and Ceiling
4) Visiblilty
	In 1984, visibility is in miles.
	In later years, it is in kilometers.
5) Obstruction to Visiblity
6) Temperature (C)
7) True Wind 
	Two numbers in the format: knots/direction(degrees)
8) Station Pressure (inHg)
9) Altitude (ft)
10) Remarks from observers
