Forecast discussion: High pressure continues east of Ross Island today with glacial outflow north and south. Expect low cloud ceilings moving in from the south this afternoon and then scattering out tomorrow as winds remain light. The potential for fog on 3 April then the next low on the ice shelf moves into the area causing low cloud ceilings and poor visibility due to snow, beginning in the afternoon on 4 April, until the morning of 5 April, when winds increase from the south causing drifting snow.
