Forecast discussion: A low-pressure system moves across Cape Adare and develops in the Ross Sea, to the northeast of

Ross Island, over the next two days. This will cause a low to intensify on the Ross Ice Shelf and bring in strong southerly winds,

light snow and blowing snow on Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning with improving conditions on Friday.
