Please see attached. With no large weather systems moving towards Ross Island, a series of regional high pressure systems will maintain consistent temperatures, mild winds and clear skies at Phoenix. There will be a chance of marginal cloud ceilings starting Tuesday afternoon followed by a chance of snow Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning.
