Please see attached. Expect light winds for most of the forecast period as low-pressure circulations are confined to the eastern ice shelf near Roosevelt Island. Indications are for a weak surface trough moving through on Wednesday morning causing a period of increased wind speeds with drifting snow, then a mild low-pressure system developing late Thursday will bring in low clouds and light snow through Friday morning.
