Favorable conditions with light winds through Friday, 8 Sep, morning . Indications are for a low-pressure system developing late Thursday and moving into the

local area from the southeast by Friday at 1200L causing low clouds, light snow, strong winds and blowing snow through Saturday. Temperatures will remain in the

-35C to -40C range warming on Friday when the low-pressure system approaches (indicated by the yellow block).
