A strong low pressure system over the Ross Ice Shelf will continue to produce low ceilings, strong surface winds and blowing snow for the beginning of the forecast.   These conditions are expected to taper off Sunday thru Monday  and return toward the end of the forecast period as a new low moves into the area.
