A passing low this afternoon is expected to deliver gusty winds and low visibility to Phoenix Airfield. Similar relatively weak lows will transit the area later in the period. None are expected to bring significant amounts of new snow, so there is some hope that impact to visibility from the later systems will be marginal. In the absence of a stronger system, temperatures are expected to remain in the -40 to -44 range through the weekend.
