That change makes little difference with this outlook, however, as temperatures have dropped over the past 24 hours and now appear likely to remain at -45 or below for the next few days. The best opportunity from this vantage point may present itself on Wednesday afternoon, as a weak low is expected to warm things slightly that morning and be out of the area in time for clearing through the afternoon.
