We’re still tracking the development of a small system that would pass by McMurdo Wednesday afternoon, increasing winds and blowing snow chances but also raising temperatures near operating thresholds. By Friday afternoon temperatures are looking to increase again to near operating thresholds with Saturday looking more favorable for temperatures but at the cost of stronger winds and likely reduced visibility in blowing snow.
