Please find attached. A cold pool of air is currently parked on the shelf with Phoenix dropping to -51C/-60F this morning. With an extremely dry and calm atmosphere, it is unlikely that the cold air will move until wind increase later in the afternoon. The wind increase will drop visibility in blowing snow carrying into tomorrow. On Thursday possible wind gusts occur form the edge of the pressure gradient from a large low pressure system in the East. No new snow is associated with the wind increases at this time.
