The following files are McMurdo runway data from years 1997 to present for
several airfields at and around McMurdo.  The data includes temperature (degrees
C), visibility (hours), weather situation and duration (in hours for each event
category), precipitation amount (in), IFR (hours), wind speed (m/s) and 
direction, sky cover, ceiling, pressure (inches), total observations taken, 
daily pressure and temperature changes, and wind chill. 

Prior to 2001, the identifiers to the runways were:

NIM - Ice Runway
NGD - Williams Field

All observations sent out over GTS/AFTN would have been changed to be 
designated as NZCM.

From 2001 to present the identifiers used internal and external identifiers 
users are:

NZIR - Ice Runway
NZWD - Williams Field
NZPG - Pegasus Field
