Wisconsin AWS observations contribute to finding significant warming in West Antarctica

Byrd AWS in West Antarctica helps to determine the significant warming in West Antarctica. As much as 2.4 degrees Celsius (or 4.3 degrees Fahrenheit) warming has been observed from 1958 until 2010, making Central West Antarctica one of the fastest warming locations on the Earth.
