Heathrow Airport is to the west of London and from here you can get the Heathrow Express to Paddington station and then the Hammersmith & City line on the underground to Kings Cross station. Alternatively you can get the Piccadilly line direct from Heathrow airport to Kings Cross station. From here trains run every half an hour up to Cambridge and run until midnight, the journey takes about 45 minutes.
