Attached Lingering snow in the wake of the departing low tapers off today, then generally fair weather prevails under predominantly high pressure. Brief periods of snow and wind are likely through the early week, however, and by Wednesday (as daytime dwindles to almost none) temperatures will be edging back down to -35 and slightly below.
