Winds at the surface will die down through this period – but continued strong flow above the surface will occasionally create gusts and turbulent conditions. Without fresh snow those gusts should not bring lower visibility in blowing snow – but there’s a chance for light snow on Friday, thus likely vis reductions then. Plenty of green on this one, though!
