The format is a header string that can be ignored with 14 data fields for 
temperature every hour. Each field needs to be multiplied by 0.01 to convert
to Celsius degrees. As of 11/27/12 the runway had 6 loggers where one of the 
loggers was a spare. The IMEI # for the 6 loggers is as follows:
