The naming scheme for these files are as follows:

wmoDATATYPE.YYYYDDD.STNID.TXT

Where,

DATATYPE is either CLIMAT, SYNOPTIC, or RAOB data.

YYYYDDD is the four digit year and three digit Julian day.

STNID is the five digit WMO Station ID.
